Shipping & Returns

Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within fifteen (15) days of delivery for a full refund of the purchased price. Returned items must be unused and in original condition to be returned – unless manufacturer defect. Returns for the following items are not accepted: Bed linens, Duvets, Pillows, Pillowcases and Earrings.

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You will be notified via email.

To follow-up on the status of your return, please contact us.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damaged to hardware during shipment.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.

All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars.

Maison Lipari charges sales tax for products ordered on this internet site based on the applicable combined federal and provincial sales tax rate of the location to which the order is being shipped.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 2-21 business days and may be subject to change depending on availability. Business days include Monday to Friday with the exception of holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. If you order multiple items, you may receive separate shipments.

Order Tracking

Once your item is prepared for shipment and shiped; you will receive a Shipment Notification email with the carrier and tracking information. Please note that orders using local delivery will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
