a) If you select “Send as a gift” :
The sender will receive:
- An order confirmation email
- An email with the e-gift cards details
The recipient will receive:
- An email containing the e-gift card details on the selected date.
b) If you select “Send it to me” :
The sender will receive:
- An order confirmation email
- An email with the e-gift card details.
A second email with the e-gift card details to be forwarded to the recipient. (The egift card details WILL NOT BE SENT to the recipient if this option is selected).
Unfortunately, e-gift cards bought online can only be redeemed for online orders. Physical gift cards bought in stores can only be used stores.
Unfortunately, Maison Lipari does not issue a physical card for online purchases. Physical cards can only be bought in stores.
If an e-gift card bought online is lost or never received, please have the purchaser email us at support@maisonlipari.zendesk.com.
If a physical gift card issued in store is lost or stolen, unfortunately Maison Lipari cannot issue a replacement.
PLEASE TREAT E-GIFT CARDS AND GIFT CARDS AS CASH.
Maison Lipari is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of e-gift cards and physical gift cards.
No, Maison Lipari e-gift cards and gift cards do not expire.
Maison Lipari e-gift cards and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
