Yes, you can still add an out-of-stock item to your registry. In order topurchase an out-of-stock item, guests can call us at (514) 253-1515 and dial extension 2 to inquire about placing a special order. Please note that special orders are not guaranteed and are based on vendor availability of the item. Please also note that all special orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Yes, once you are logged into your account, you can go to “Profile” and tick “Registry Protection.” Once this is enabled, you can add a password to protect your registry.
Yes, you can adjust the quantity of an item at any time by going to “Manage your Registry.”
No, unfortunately all registry purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Yes, you can opt to have items shipped to your address. Simply log into your account, go to your “Profile” and under “Contact Information,” select “I’d like to have my registry items shipped” and update your contact information with the correct address.
Yes, in-store pickup is available. The guest (purchaser) will be notified once their order is ready for pickup. Please note that the registrant will NOT be notified when an item is available for pickup.
No, unfortunately items cannot be kept in store until the time of your event.
No, unfortunately we do not offer the option to open a “contribution registry” as all registry purchases are FINAL SALE. You may opt to add gift cards to your registry that you may then use store-wide.
Yes, we offer a 10% completion discount on the remaining full-priced items on your registry. Discount cannot be applied to any Christofle, Baccarat, Bernardaud, Baobab Collection, St.Louis or Richard Ginori items. Additional exclusions may apply.
Simply go to“Find a Registry.” Type in the first and last name of the registrant, and password (if applicable).
Gift cards purchased through an online gift registry are e-gift cards and will be emailed to the email address indicated at checkout. You will then need to forward the e-gift card to the correct recipient. If you would like to offer a physical gift card to the registrant instead, you can purchase one in store.
Yes, you can include a gift message in the “Notes” section at checkout.
Yes, we offer gift wrapping for a fee of $10 per order. All gift-wrapped items will have their prices removed. Please note that some items cannot be wrapped because of their size, weight or shape.
