Business days include Monday – Friday with the exception of public holidays. The date of delivery may vary due to the carrier and delivery location and basket size. Multiple items added to cart may require multiple shipments, and may impact the dates of delivery.

Our processing times varies, however we aim to ship orders out within 24-72 hours. The shipping time applies once your order is shipped.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is applicable to standard shipping only. Offer is only applicable to orders that are shipped to Canadian residences in non-rural areas. Some items may be excluded from this offer due to their size or weight.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES

Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the product(s) and the postal code entered upon checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over CAD$99 before taxes and after discounts, however additional shipping charges may apply to larger or heavier items or when shipped to remote areas. Shipping cost may be adjusted post purchase.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs at checkout and will be collected upon delivery. These additional charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office for more information on additional charges. All orders shipped outside of Canada are final sale

ORDER TRACKING

Once your item is prepared for shipment and shipped; you will receive a Shipment Notification email with the carrier and tracking information. Please note that orders using local delivery or in-store pickup may not have tracking numbers.

IN-STORE PICKUPS

In-store pickup is free and available for online orders. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup. Please show a photo ID when picking up your online order in store. Orders can only be collected at our flagship location:
